Well if you are buying at an 8% going in today, I could argue that compressing it over 5 yrs (again depending on asset and market) to 7% is still a realistic expectation, especially if your sensitivity shows you can still make an okay return if cap rates do continue to expand.b) you need to be more patient.  

**Faster Turnaround**: Brokers can usually provide a BOV/BPO more quickly than the time it takes to get a full appraisal, which can be useful in time-sensitive situations[1][2][3].3.

I have mine on the lowest sensitivity, still miss things.

This means that not only does the animal need to typically be restrained (usually with a leash), but it also means the animal must physically be present at all (or virtually all) times. 

There are some things that become more sensitive though to look out for. 

If there's a hole, it may be a red flag.b) sensitivity analysis: I examine all the assumptions, and make sure I can live with the worst case scenarios.c) "Stall and see": if they are getting money over multiple years, and there is no penalty for investing later, I would usually wait so I get some real performance data, versus having to look at theoretical pro forma information.d) Recession stress test: I will not invest in anything, until I subject it to recession level stress and see if I can live with the result.
