Then the agent and seller are liable for any damages you have.

Then of course google searches bring all these things to the front page and next thing you know reputations get hammered..

Method of choice was looking for potential properties online using redfin then when I had run simple numbers I would drive by each property and its neighborhood and if it was worth pursuing, I would schedule to see the property through the selling agent.

If you feel the agent mislead you or rushed you to sign off, you may be able to file a complaint.
