This isn't complicated folks, you just gotta use your head for more than a neck-weight, stop regurgitating so-and-so on YT or FB or whatever your poison and THINK FOR YOURSELF a touch. 

It truly is time that people stop with the gurus and all the friggin crap they regurgitate.

You do not magically appear in Propstream under the "motivated sellers" list when you suddenly decide it is more important to sell the house rather than how much money you get for it.This concept is extremely hard to believe for most because of the constant hammering all the gurus and a lot of other Biggerpockets members keep regurgitating.

I have gone to both sides of the coin so to speak and have listened to gurus also, but not bought any programs, and it seems while they all claim to have the "best system" or "latest and greatest program" that it's all similar regurgitated stuff. .

The more we sent, the more likely one will reach orbit.I never understood that mentality and I truly believe people need to think a bit more analytically.if 3000 is not enough, the conclusion is that people in foreclosure are not motivated to sell their house (let alone at a discount).I promise you, if you stop following what all these ridiculous gurus are parroting and regurgitating and you use your own healthy common sense and intelligence, you will become far more successful far faster.I promise!

I have a large distain for the gurus and the "programs" they sell, many of them regurgitated and outdated info peddled for money.

Not because something seems amazing to you and it is free does it mean it is correct.I promise you all the info you are absorbing is very likely a lot of stuff regurgitated over and over again.If you want an accurate evaluation of how good someone is, a strategy is and their theories are, you need to look at data.

My advice is regurgitated from what I've read.

It saves on writing some of the stuff down repeatedly (understand there are some benefits to this but don’t have time to regurgitate daily).
