This is my first multi-unit purchase, with larger purchase number with high interest rate in the neighborhood i never had rental property, which all add together that gives me anxiety, even though i used to work in the area for 14 years....so i cant say i am not familiar with the neighborhood, just never owned any propertydefinitely never felt good at closing, and chest pain is real, i dont recall when was the last time i was happy at closing, it's always "why i did it again", then i remembered because i need to make more income.summer being great time to get new tenant, but also worst financial time for me with kid summer camp, summer vacation travel...etc

I have been looking in various cities in Upstate, New York and have noticed a recurring theme: Cities have very strict zoning rules and regulations for students.I have noticed many landlords do not necessarily follow these rules or regulations, or the rules themselves are pretty wishy washy and sometimes unclear.
