While we are on the topic of Votes, what's up with the Top 5 rankings?

AirDNA themselves rank that market as a 24/100 in performance (they give a 100 for invest ability though).

In addition Edinburg is ranked twelfth fastest growing city in the country.

Well, they claim that their leads are better because the leads find them:The only way sellers find you is when you rank #1 or #2 in that market. the lower you rank, the less leads find you.

I am not a new investor :) but as someone who is working with them on a daily basis I will rank in order the buyers I am noticing:1.

But the ranking's in Neighborhood scout don't give any scale.

I have grown my AirBnb's into a handful Guest Favorites and rank in the top 5% and I'm always improving.
