You need to amass a large portfolio for it to be passive (aka hiring someone to manage).If you want to be financially independent as fast as you can then you need to do a few things. 1) get as high of an income as possible (this usually takes schooling and/or experience, think high income profession - law, medicine,etc)2) live as frugally as possible (you will sacrifice a lot here, think of not going out with friends, live at home/save on rent, etc)3) invest as much as possible and I mean invest not yoloing on random hot tips (you are starting young, time will be on your side)If you do this consistently and remain highly disciplined, you will get there faster than most.

This is usually done through a series of videos (we provide the scripts) before telling them to sell their house to you over your competitors.Other clients, who don't feel comfortable recording videos, can still get good results but it's done through images / infographics and other content that helps build your brand and authority.How are you generating MS leads these days?

In the meantime, he might be scrambling to scam way more people in a hurry as I highly doubt he's going to stop what he's doing since they already know about it and he's already told people he's scammed to "get in line behind others suing him and good luck".Attached is the recent image from his arrest incase it helps others out moving forward.
