What exactly is their, "strict tenant screening & matching process"?

Hi Jim,We have a handful of properties and use zillow for the application process.

Becoming an S-corp has some downsides including additional tax prep fees, payroll processing fees and lower social security income in retirement. 

However, in my opinion, their processes and incentives are misaligned with an investor’s best interests.

I'm a project manager and have a team of over 60 contractors that have all undergone a 5 step vetting process.

RTR and my lender have been great through this whole process.

We love investing into properties that we can hold long term and we have been fortunate enough to have great tenants through our intense vetting process that stay with us for long periods of time.

Commerical loans are totally different then residential loans, you have to enter a contract and go through a due diligence process before you totally commit to purchase the property.

One of my goals is to develop a solid buy box to streamline our underwriting process and make it more systematic.

Has anyone perfected this process?
