@Marcos De la Cruz There's no hard & fast minimum - it's based on your personal return preferences...usually I recommend to my CFO clients that they make an annual somewhat higher than what they could get by investing in the stock market.

Many of the OTAs and lead gen sites, like Furnished Finder, are pushing credit card payments. 99.9% of the time I get a message from FF saying 'your tenant would prefer to pay by credit card so activate Stripe now!'

It seems like keeping separate insurance policies is the preferred way to go while being added as Additional Interest on the tenants renter's insurance policy in order to be notified of any changes to their policy.What is the argument for a landlord being added as Additional Insured on a tenant's renter's insurance as opposed to Additional Interest?
