I have one, but unfortunately the number is missing & I’d rather cold call than to send a postcard.

I had a bit of a mindset shift from the strictly business to the personal side after multiple conversations about how many wholesalers/investors are sending out their postcards etc to every single person in my market.

Are you switching between post cards and yellow letters?

I have about 70 units coming online in the next month and wanted to know if anyone has sent out mailers/postcards to surrounding/similar complexes to try and get some of their tenants.

My plan is to send out 1000 postcards every five weeks and get a website. 

You received a post card telling you the assessment had been changed.

Just need to find a company that will at a minimum print yellow letters/post cards for me.Let me know if you have found a Canadian company.

I always get a few postcards and letters offering to buy my property as-is, all cash, tenant in place ok, no realtor commission blah, blah..

Here is the problem with "lists".I get calls all the time  from sellers that received a postcard through the mail, ... they googled houses for cash, and they found us!

I plan on sending postcards, if you have a better idea please do tell, thanks.
