Hi BP, My wife and I are currently looking in Las Vegas and would like to know some of the best, reliable property managing companies in Las Vegas.

My family owns four SFR's in Las Vegas and are currently looking for a property manager.

Have you looked at Las Vegas? 

House hacking a single family home in Las Vegas would be a great start if your living situation allows that. 

Additionally, I'm considering whether I could use my LLC for rental arbitrage in another state, like Las Vegas.Lastly, any general advice on the best route to take would be greatly appreciated.Thanks for your time!

@Grazie PennacchioI would look to Las Vegas because of it's proximity. $30-40K is a great starting point but too risky in one of the most expensive RE markets in the world (SoCal). 

Orange County is obviously very expensive, but have you looked at neighboring cities, even Las Vegas?
