I don't mean the house and neighborhood has to be ideal for me, but in a pinch I could live there and be OK.

While in all fairness, Kelly Drive actually has some pockets that are not really god-awful, just the name “Kelly Drive” sends semi-informed out of town investors running for the nearest boutique coffee shop to calm down and gather their courage over a white chocolate sprinkled Frappuccino.

This is a renters market.I might just let the competition have those penny pinching, bad credit, complainypants tenants.

.#1 if it costs 5-10% of the dwelling to replace ( coral bathroom fixtures or a suite of chocolate brown appliances) tread carefully. 

But, in a pinch and if you are single, you could have the family trust own the LLC.

But you don't want to feel pinched if it doesn't happen.

Hi Paige-  I certainly have felt the pinch of a razor tight budget in some of my deals, so I understand.

Contractors are tough to come by in Ocean City, MD when you're in a pinch.
