Some people will rub you the wrong way.

I recommend people only sell if (a) you can invest the capital in something that performs better, or (b) it aligns with your goals.

Property managers don’t pay for problems.

Sometimes the question needs to be "When not if the real estate cycle impacts my property, do I have the skills to manage a downturn?" 

The problem with that is it'll be harder for the residents and the vendors to use the rentvine features as fewer people want to log in to a website from a smartphone.Also, it requires a lot of clicks/scrolling/opening new pages/tabs to get to where you want. 

That's just my take on managing expectations.

The biggest issue with Stessa is that it sounded like they had very low transfer maximums(making it difficult to pay people) but it looks like they've improved a little bit on that.
