I understand the processor bankruptcy caused a big disruption but it also seems like FTF (Upright) was overly leveraged because they've proceeded mass sell their loan book, which means if you held one of the loans that will be sold you will receive no interest until due diligence is completed and possibly a hit to principal depending on the final price the buyer pays. 

That messaging is a partisan messaging, it does not pull in non-partisans in mass. 

Get some 25 year old 6'4" and 250 lbs of solid muscle to do it and give them $50 if the tenant leaves!

And I started in the land business in 75 and my dad started in 65 its a fun bizz.. in our day the land was bought generally at tax sales.. its only in the last 20 years that these marketing techniques and the how to folks started educating the mass's..

In MA there are great rebates through mass save on any 1-4 unit residents properties.

If there was a radically cheaper way that consumer WANTED in mass, it would happen.

If I'm on a job for some reason; and there's something that needs done that needs some muscle, you can bet I'm not opposed to asking a man for help.
