I lived in the Poconos many years ago when I was a kid and the same STRs that are around now were around then, only they weren't called STRs back then.

One of the engineers had his 4-5 year old kid there and he suggested to just deflate the tires and of course it worked. 

I guarantee Musk cares more about his money, property, kids, and bathroom floor than the hired help, but that doesn't mean he is better suited for the job or that he has the time, skills, and energy to handle it.Maybe you're part of the small percentage that can do a better job.

Doesn't matter if they have 3 kids or not, if they are late on rent, file notice and if they don't pay...start the eviction.Stick to the facts when you go in front of the judge and you should be fine.

What they bought was a liability....maybe paying taxes, maybe paying HOA/POA dues, then dividing it between 10 kids when they die, so now really worth nothing, but a headache.#2.
