Although tax is important in general, in my mind this consideration should be relatively low on the totem pole when deciding between TKs vs syndications. 

Read some studies (but consider who paid for them and their motivation :-) And cities like LA, Seattle, NY cannot blame the vacation rental market for their housing problems, those are the result of failed policies by years of leadership....Vacation rentals have many benefits over standard rentals that you might consider a) they open up areas to vacationers that would ordinarily not be accessible (not everyone wants to stay in a hotel district).b) they almost always improve the neighborhood they are located in - the house, inside and out, must always be in near-perfect condition in order for the landlord/host to stay in business.

Partnering with investors not only helps grow now, but establishes the trust and relationship over next 18 months, which is important because these same investors are who we are partnering with when we go national, they get first dibs on expanding to other states under their leadership/vision. 

Innovation and leadership, as well as dual-encouragement in myself and brother to acquire appropriate licenses.

It is sad to see the lack of leadership across the board and both parties.

I recommend by reading real estate books, listening to podcasts, in person networking, and building a thought leadership platform.  

I recently completed a 2-year leadership development program with a Fortune 500 company and accepted a full time offer in Clearwater FL.

If not, the military leader ship takes it’s soldiers very seriously.

Without this, division will continue in the leadership of their business and problems will continue.

I definitely meld together bits and pieces of ideas I hear and try to create ways of doing things that fit my personal leadership style.I'm wholly onboard w/ the idea that a hyper focused 4 hours of attention creates better work than a heavily distracted 8-10 hours.
