In my day job I do SEO for a digital marketing agency and I am more than happy to talk SEO with anyone who has questions.I'm interested in Long-term rentals, though admittedly, finding deals below market value and funding those deals (not to mention I honestly have no idea have to put the deals under contract in the first place), are problem the first things I'll need to learn.

I know there is surety bond process and there a a few companies that appear to offer a service (Like Rhino)Furnished Finder has a new feature called Worry Free Waivers but when I tried  to better understand their process, it was clear they have not done a good job of vetting this out. 

In the past 10 years, Ocala has greatly improved the employment base, adding tons of logistics and distribution jobs on top of the medical, service and equestrian jobs that we have always had. 

I personally recommend checking Columbus OH - lots of job growth, population growth, and major companies moving and developing here.

Today's end of the day job: putting on a new door.

I think we will see more "adult" families living together...kids move back in or parents move in with kids.The traditional apartment model was based on 12month leases, but jobs are not always 12 months and people want flexible terms, so co-living often offers that.Seems like younger people between 20-30 and some other age groups don't want to get married and start that housing pathway our parents and grandparents took.   

I have a W2 job and I'm already working overtime and picking up as many saturdays as I can within my current family obligations.
