Go for a local manager, not an online, discount company like Evolve or Vacasa.Try to interview several managers.

I'm curious how some of you found your brokers and what the process was like of interviewing? 

Before I joined, I definitely did (had 4 interviews with Josh & Dillion of J&G).

When I'm interviewing agents the first few questions are what title and escrow do you prefer.
