My PM dropped the ball and I am intervening who has yet to schedule a cleaning company.

I'm going to try and call around to HVAC / duct cleaning companies etc to see if they offer any mitigation services, but would love to hear if anyone has had experience with this type of thing.2) My tenant has reached out to the Department of Health and I'm wondering if anyone has any knowledge of how this or other government agencies might be able to intervene? 

The functioning of real estate can be reliably intervened upon, the market’s valuing of cryptocurrency not so much.With that, there’s just one more concern left to address.

In other words, you should not need a CUP if the land use is not changing.If you're being given the runaround from the city / county I would ask a muni attorney with zoning experience to intervene for a couple hours to sort it out with the county attorney.  

That being said if you ran it by the owner of the business and he said OK the owner should intervene.
