OR do you call each individual specialist (plumber, electrician, mold expert, etc.)?

I am planning to build a portfolio dashboard for my properties in Excel, and I have a pretty good idea of what I want to see about them individually and combined. 

A little less “guarantee” of competence (most CRE holders are also CCIM, but not vice versa).  

For example, if tax minimization is a priority and you're already maxing out your employer sponsored 401(k)s, you can look at deferring self-employment income through SEP IRAs and an individual Defined Benefit Plan. 

A tiered system works well: reward individual performance (e.g., quick work order completion) and team-based success (e.g., overall portfolio stability or income growth).Be cautious when setting pay expectations.

Moreover, for someone in your position just starting, it's best advised to partner with an experienced individual to mitigate risk and adequately learn the process.

As I have noted in another thread, the number of individuals who post on BP about the Huntsville market that have zero experience investing or managing properties here has accelerated recently for unclear reasons. 

Rental income will still be taxed as Oregon source income, and you will also report it on your California individual tax return as part of your worldwide income.

There is no single website to easily find them (that I'm aware of) and if there was, I'd imagine you'd be competing with 1000s of other investors.
