With gutters, the water shouldn't get too close to the house unless there are strong winds, the land is incorrectly graded or the downspouts are too close to the house.

---We've seen so MANY investors do incorrect analysis, not understand the asset class they bought, etc. - then they lose thousands:(Here's some useful food for thought (copy & paste):.Recommend you first figure out the property Class you want to invest in, THEN figure out the corresponding location to invest in.If you apply Class A assumptions to a Class B or C purchase, your expectations won’t be met and it may be a financial disaster.So, when investing in areas they don’t really know, investors should research the different property Class submarkets.

I believe I know why the combined property value numbers are incorrect but still am not sure why the total loans, total equity, and total net worth are incorrect.For the total of the value of the properties, the amount of years of ownership being used for 2 out of the 3 properties is wrong, hence the incorrect scaling.

Also received a lot of verbal abuse about the +++++ing appliances, my ++++y repair service options, and the incompetence of my homebuilder who tenant says had installed the dryer incorrectly (installed by Lowes, because they won't warranty if anyone other than a professional  they contract with does the installation.
