This is why people don't like renting to friends/family because its human nature to mix emotion into the decision making and that makes dealing with managing the investment messy when things go sideways.

If there were a serious insurance claim, god forbid human injury or loss of life, and they do the same research discovering the non-conforming construction of habitable space, why would they bail you out?

Models continue to improve and use cases also continue to improve - personally does not take out human factor - to me it just is a way to provide more data points to review. 

So I'll probably just pass on REI reply until its vetted out a bit more, I'm not in such a huge rush on this that I want to be the guinea pig for their platform.

That has helped a lot and also shows that I am a human running this business.

I am grateful that I am very much a type-A human and have had contracts for every single stay at the property.

They are more likely to help you and teach you if you treat them like a normal human being and not follow them round like a sheep just cos they got a lotta money.

I think this it the key and what little I know about Habitat for Humanity, they have the right idea. 

And dog urine is better than human urine, I still say..... :-)

While yes this is a business, but you can also be a human being and respect others too.
