I an afford to sit on this property as its in the Yosemite AirBnb hot spot and don't need to do anything right away as its in a killer location.

These fires are so hot even the steel structures melted and burned. 

As you can see, two people already said just in this thread they have 100% occupancy during the hot time.

As a sidenote I see people doing this and jacking up the price of the home to seller finance to above market value - if you do this you better be VERY clear with your investors that you are writing a $300k loan on a $250k property as if you do not you can get in some serious hot water later on down the line when doing valuations of the company.

It might be worth talking to a lawyer but not sure if it's small claims or worth it.Also, you might already have all of these things but for future prevention:- smart thermostat (so you receive alerts when the inside temperature dips below whatever preset you have)- Minut (or similar device) would also alert you to the inside (and outside) temperatures; for example, I have 2 devices inside the house and outside on the hot tub deck.

There are some “hot button” topics on BP which bring out “knee jerk” reactions and sometimes incorrect assumptions from some of us long time and frequent participants.  

In the mountains it would be perhaps the view, the fireplace, or hot tub. 

The backyard has a full outdoor kitchen, hot tub and a pool but...
