Accepting that money come with a high probability that you're not going to like what happens in your rental from the minute you take the money to the last minute you're forced to endure this person.If it's a matter of not wanting to keep his money in a bank account, it's something illegal, and the minute you get mixed up in it your life isn't worth as much as it used to be.The last time I believed in some baloney story about bank accounts and divorce, I ended up talking to Homeland Security and the IRS in federal court.

Then after finally sending an email Monday letting them know I have now contacted the Attorney General, FBI and Homeland Security as TAP is not licensed in the US but the Bahamas and so is the inspection company they work with, Tim our UW called in 5 minutes.
