What you do have to check into are the limits for staying so that you don't lose your Canadian Health Insurance.

She's willing to pay the rent for the next two months to be a PITA, that is her choice.Inform her in writing the need to keep the AC set to a minimum level to protect the health and safety of the property even if she is not living there.

We pay a percentage to our brokerages, have marketing and education expenses, and are self employed so we pay for our health insurance, gas, etc.

Interestingly only talked to a few health care workers  (physicians, pharmacists, RNs). 

Most health issues with mold are in people that already have pre-existing issues (e.g. asthma) that is worsened by the presence of mold.Does the tenant see mold anywhere?

But you have to be careful as they could be dangerous for your financial health if not used properly.

(As a landlord, I always do best to fix any issue.. other tenant live without any complain and she is the only one...she say she will report health department etc..)Sametime, She keep saying  she want to move to another apartment (1fl for her mother as her mother has some disability ) she wouldn't leave.I didn't like turnover and it is section 8, I was going to let her stay til she find the new home.
