It's like asking someone if you need a gym membership to get fit and the answer is absolutely not.

I overhead someone talk about bigger pockets in the gym bout two years ago.

The condo community has great amenities (pool, gym...)

Toured one place with heated pool, billiard room, tanning salon, full-sized indoor basketball gym, exercise room, movie room, and so on and so forth.

I had problems with gyms too.

And that affected everything from local restaurants to the gyms to supermarkets, etc.Would I do it again?

It's such a competitive rental market out there with rents going down and all kinds of freebies offered (free gym membership, free first month rent, low deposits, etc.) that we decided to just buy the new fridge and washer and hope for the best.

DON'T WORRY ABOUT MONEY. i repeat DON'T WORRY ABOUT MONEY. focus on finding deals. when you can find deals money finds you. all you have to do is stand up at an investor meeting and say "i have a deal with $30k in equity etc... and i'm looking for a partner." someone's gonna approach you and want more info. 5. let everyone know you're interested in real estate. you'd be surprised who may be involved in your sphere that you never even knew. it could be a coworker with a few rentals or someone you see at the gym weekly etc.6.

There is a well equipped gym and swimming pool, and just beyond, a community college.
