Why should someone with a maintenance free property pay higher management fees to cover the guy requiring three or four maintenance calls a month.Now clearly there are PMs out there screwing people everyday, just like in every other business and profession on the planet.

Last year for example I had 20 different W2's and 2-1099's and I assume he will be in a similar situation this coming year as he just left a long term employment position for the greener fields of freelance.

Geographical Location: Japan (the most honest, reliable and enjoyable business environment on the planet, in my opinion - tenants stay for 4-5 years on average, with 15 and 19 year tenants not uncommon - NEVER intentionally trash or damage a property - honest realtors, sellers and insurance folk, etc etc)3.
