Now, those homes have gorgeous hardwood floors, an excellent open kitchen etc. 

As long as you know what you're getting into a decade long stay here isn't too bad an idea, because the area is gorgeous and has a lot of nice things about it.

When I removed the paneling and ceiling tiles I found the walls and ceilings were Pepto-Bismol pink and the woodwork was florescent hot pink!

I have been managing this gorgeous home for about 1 year and a half now and have ran into plenty of minor inconveniences concerning guests checking in and out which is expected, but one issue I have dealt with a number of times is tampering with the A/C thermostat.
