In my opinion, IF this comes to fruition, it will be a massive boost to the local economy and property values, however at this point it is a big IF.

How did this idea come to fruition?

Are you continuing to purchase additional rentals if the numbers make sense despite the risk of the asset losing considerable value if a recession comes to fruition or if our current real estate cycle retracts.  

These ideas will power our country for decades and I hope that they com to fruition.

I will attempt to expound on Greg’s comments;To be a good developer the crux of your job description is; see something which doesn't’ exist yet, meet the wants, needs and desires of your market,  see it to fruition and have the tenacity to learn from every obstacle while having fun.  

Unless your state's tenant-landlord laws state differently, you are bound by your lease to its fruition. 

So we have the deal, we have some OPM but we cannot seem to tie the two together and make the deal come to fruition.

You need “why “power ..not “will “power to stay in the game long enough to see your dreams come to fruition and accounts start to multiply .

Dora is slated to run up through Umatilla and to Ocala connecting with I-75....that could be 15 years before we see it come to fruition, but I can definitely see Ocala continuing to grow preceding that much needed thoroughfare.
