They usually have a process for filing a claim with the city for damage caused by them, and they may be willing to cover it.

I’m actually in Arizona at one of our properties until the beginning of October but am planning to be back in that first week.

This happens on day 7 after the payment is due, and notifies the guest that we will be filing an eviction in the court system on day 30.

We have everything microsoft so we use sharepoint to hold the files and when updated it automatically gets updated and use microsoft copilot and create a copilot agent based on those documents and internally we then have it in microsoft teams so anyone can use it.
