Current owners have been diligent in caring for the septic - regular tank cleaning, liquid detergents only, no oils down the drain, no feminine hygiene products being flushed etc etc etc.  

These does not affect the quality of life (safety, hygiene, security) and are mainly aesthetics.

Sadly they stink up apartments with their cooking their insatiable garbage collecting and their own personal hygiene issues .

Wife just graduated from Dental Hygiene school and has signed with a temp agency to start work immediately while looking for a more permanent job (since she is relocating and unable to look for a job remotely).  

They found feminine products which caused the blockage. 

Hygiene, attitude, appearance etc.Just keep in mind when rejecting applicants you never provide the reason unless required by law.

  # family members, race, cleanliness, tidiness, possibly current residence (if photo taken at residents home), sense of socioeconomic status (lower classes less likely to pay for really nice pictures), hygiene.   

I will spare the story behind these places but my most memorable things included:Someone sleeping naked on a sofa in the middle of the living room (in the middle of the day).A house that had used (that is stained and dirty) underwear hanging from the dining room chandelier and used "feminine" products just thrown on the bathroom floor.PS I love the pics...

You should absolutely caulk around the base of the toilet for hygienic and cosmetic reasons.

Items such as food scraps, cotton balls, q-tips, paper towels, napkins, feminine hygiene products and diapers are not to be flushed down the toilets.
