Does anyone have experience developing raw land and selling?

@Patrick Elias Commercial loan terms can vary widely depending on the property type, borrower experience, and deal structure.

Thus, I’m going thru background and experience checks of GCs, with relevant experience before selecting one instead of using my usual crew which doesn’t have such experience.

I recently came across a property on Gatsby Investments and I'm wondering if anyone has had a bad experience investing with them and if it is reputable company. 

@Ankit Maheshwarii don't have experience with these companies, but what anyone says or does or promises or emails is irrelevant. 

I’ve been diving into larger parcels, seeing them as more versatile for future projects, and exploring the potential for mobile home parks specifically.I’d love to hear from others who’ve made similar moves or have experience with larger tracts of land.

Does anyone work for or have had good experience with any particular brokerage or know anyone that may be hiring? 

I don't know if you'd find those people on Airbnb or VRBO from my experience - depends on area.

Would love to connect with anyone that has a lot of experience with how to navigate these foundation issues and how you succesfully invest in DFW real estate depsite this issue Some people are not phased by the foundation issues, others are. 

Does anyone with experience on the island know if there really are properties that cash flow here after all things considered or is this not a good idea?
