Hi everyone,In February a pipe burst in a rental property we own in Indiana.

Part of that means that the underground tanks and pipes leading to the pumps have to be up to current code. 

There is pooling in areas away from the drainage pipes though.

(It is due to a tree that the city grew and will need to be cut down immediately to remediate the problem). (12k for the replacement of pipes and ~5 kfor tree)
