, US credit with 4 tradelines which it sounds like you have, anything not written in english must be translated to english by appropriate vetting, you need to go to US embassy to be notarized, and you need a team of people in the city where the property is to trust.

You would go to the nearest US embassy and notarize the mortgage or deed of trust and any other docs that would have this requirement.

The biggest constraint that I have come across is whether your lender needs the closing docs to be signed in-state or not.If you don’t set up the POA before you head overseas, you can always designate a POA using an overseas US embassy to notarize the POA docs.
