Do title companies or hard money lenders close virtually remotely outside the USA?

A hard money lender alerted me that I need to be in-person in the USA to close on a loan on a fixer upper property. Thus, a last minute flight back to the USA. Do you know any HMLs or title companies who can do closings virtually for American buyers living outside the USA and buying a fixer upper house for BRRRR or flips?
