Howdy y'all & greetings from eastern Afghanistan!

What was founded as an Eastern European neighborhood eventually changed to Mexican/Hispanic.

I was under the impression that it was Eastern NC when I clicked on the Forum.

Looking to start my real estate in the next 10 months with rental properties and want to start interviewing potentials for my real estate.Does anyone have recommendations for the following in eastern PA, specifically Berks or Montgomery county:Property ManagersMortgage BrokersAttorneyCPAContractorsAnything helps, thanks!

That's certainly the case here in eastern Mass.It might just be that. 

Seriously though, we own 17 rental units; a five plex, a four plex and a house with 6 cabins on a single property in Eastern Washington.

Battling against the World Series unforunately but the show is getting great reviews and ABC has just ordered 3 additional shows which is a great step in the right direction.We are so proud of our little Santino, he is doing great on the show and he has some very funny parts coming up in the next shows, stay tuned to ABC (channel 7 and also available on demand and on Hulu) on Tuesday nights 8:30PM Eastern and 8:30pm Pacific.

Good morning fellow BPers: I’ll get right down to it.I’m at the tail end of my first 1031 deal (hurray).Sold a property in Los Angeles and was able to buy three townhomes in, yup you guessed it, Eastern North Carolina.I closed on the first property two days ago, with no mortgage.
