One of the best tip that I can to people is that invest in quality cameras for their listings and even take it one step further with video.Action cameras like GoPro are great to get wide angle view of the house and the street, a drone footage around the neighborhood showing parks or market will really increase the interest of potential buyer and help you sell more houses.

If it was floor tile I would think not so much but the for ceiling maybe a bigger issue because it can get  airborne. 

-framing cavity's (wall floor and ceiling) should be completely filled with thermal fiber or roxul.if you have a fire door hopefully it is a insulated one and not just a hollow steel shell. a door with a threshold would be best so sound doenst transfer through gap under regular door.if the units are vibrating a lot they should sit on rubber dampers.theres 2 areas to focus on when trying to limit noisevibrations from one material through another like foot steps above or vibrating machinerythe other is airborne sounds like talking and speakersthere are many products available to help you reduce the noise unfortunately it sounds like you may have to invest some more money and time being they are already rehabbed

There's also the drones that can take high resolution pictures of Landscapes and surrounding areas. if anybody was to be approached by somebody that was selling these services, what would you be willing to pay or would you even be willing to pay for a 360 rendering of your house?

Hi @Cody Cuvillier is it worth buying a decent drone and going out there for a fun afternoon and crack off some aerial shots?

And then 5 minutes has gone by and I'm just droning on and on.My wife tells me I do this all the time, so I leave a binder and tell them to review right away.
