Should I ditch them with cash for keys or celebrate that the property is already cash flowing?

We need to put things in perspective that for the past ten years we have been in a pricing ditch.

If you can get approved for the loan, I’d ditch your condo and make the jump.

Spray-n-Pray (shotty workmanship and major issues covered with a coat of paint) is running rampant these days and we want to spec the work, INspect the work, and decide when the wall is sealed, the ditch filled and the work is complete.

I would ditch the property if it is the middle of nowhere. 

There is a nice yard in the front and a big yard in the back, there are tall fences on both sides of the back, and a shorter 5 foot chain link fence on the back fence that backs up to an drainage ditch/alley(residential area). 

Or, if you want to ditch the MA LLC altogether, you open the OH LLC, transfer the entity (talk to the lender first though) wait at least a full tax cycle because the MA LLC has to exist in order to pay taxes and effect transfers) and then shut down the MA LLC. 

Out of all the books i read and podcasts i listened too none of them warned me that i might crash into poles or ditches several times when DFD'ing.
