I can tell you that your property absolutely does not require any testing for asbestos unless there is some kind of work being done that would affect or release asbestos fibers into the air.

It has been a fantastic purchase.2) I include all utilities, fiber optic internet, and parking in the lease so it makes it easy for a prospective tenant to say yes. 3) It sounds like there are multiple configurations possible with the space. 9 small offices could be any number of tenants from 1-9. 4) Cap rate is helpful, but only to a point.

Check out a map of where the major internet fiber cables run, and their decision will make much more sense: a norther route runs through NYC, a mid-route runs through VA, and a southern route runs through DFW (the other finalist).

Bedroom is remodeled except for the floor has been ripped up and yet again just the plywood looking sub-floor remains.Basement has foundation cracks but I hired a professional structural engineer and the report says the house is not in any foundational trouble but gave suggestions to install carbon fiber strips as a preventive measure for the long term health of the building.I have about a week or so to get into the property and get the unit up to a FHA appraiser's standards.

A small wall portion is open and there is something between units that looks like pressed wood fiber and it says “insulating”...I think it is some sort of sheathing.
