Most folks wont' know what I am talking about but there is a lot of back end stuff most folks don't understand when it comes to many REIAS not all but many

Maybe if you had a good, secure location to store things you could pre-order stuff you think you might need for your next project(s) and stockpile it.

Since you are not doing super high end finishes as mentioned, doing high end flooring and all other stuff just above builder grade does not warrant tile or full wood flooring. 

People interested doing the same stuff as you, but also the mentors. 

Because when you do that, your probably going to learn some interesting stuff.

I would restate that the lease will remain in place until such time that a new tenant is selected and moves into the property.This approach will ensure your cash flow while acknowledging that 'stuff happens.' 

I like how Nathan mentioned that most social media stuff is inflated.
