Also if someone wants to do something custom/unique, they may not be able to with the passive investment.

This requires a dedicated effort sourcing and analyzing hundreds of deals to find the one or two worth pursuing.  

If this is how they are treating a potential investor/customer who will bring them money, I wonder how they are going to treat existing investors who already have their capital tied up with Sunrise.Hope I am the last one!  

A syndication was way overkill because there were only 5 capital partners so they customized an operating agreement with their attorney that outlined roles and responsibilities, distributions, membership interests, etc.And you don't have to have all this stuff figured out right now; it's very customary for us to assign the contract to whatever customized entity we end up forming.Just one caveat. 

@John Voychick I'm so sorry to hear about your experience, it really pains me to hear about people getting subpar treatment and customer service I always listen to people's experiences to make sure that I can prevent these kinds of things from happening to my clients.

A customer of mine happened to be a local real estate investor and he owned the land next to my business. 

I was unfortunately denied as of yesterday, but she said it's because I am a new customer for Key.

I am a satisfied customer.

It’s entertaining to them sure but it solves nothing as there’s always 2 sides to the story the customer and the business.

These course providers tend to sell their customer base on  unrealistic expectations or teach the most basic of concepts which are easily picked up through a book or merely browsing through these forums.
