I've been combing through the file system on bigger pickets and cant seem to find anything I like for excel I have used quick books in the past and really liked it.

HD wanted $1.64 each for dog eared pickets. $.99 at Menards.

Very few desire the 3000-sqft house with picket fence on a half-acre with matching furniture and frankly, most simply can't afford it due to student loans and/or stagnant wages. 

How many wallets do you own and how many copies of your licence, CC etc. do you have that you can have it stolen three times in one day.Here's a good quote for you"If it wasn't for pick picketers I'd have no sex life at all" (Rodney Dangerfield)and a pile of wallets laying around...

What if I hire someone to mow my yard or wash my truck or replace 3 pickets on my privacy fence? 

The only comp listed in MLS as active for 150K is a beautiful in-town colonial, white picket fence and all, needs tons of work, needs to be restored rather than remodeled.

And at least as recently as 30 to 40 years ago, owning a home was something you aspired to.You scrimped and you saved, and you dreamed of your white picket fence.

And now may Millennials  who had blue collar parents (who wouldn't know how to teach them better) are buried in debt and won't be able to have the house with the picket fence by 30 like their parents did. 

The ONLY reason I even went near this place after hearing the horror stories was because every house surrounding it had white picket fences.

If a halfway house opened up next door to me I'd have 10 guys picketing in front of my Councilman & Mayors house's 24/7.
