I used to have a $500 camera with a $600 lens to take my marketing photos, but now I use my phone camera and the pictures are just as good.Take detailed photos before they move in and after they move out.

It's a newer phone with a wide-angle lens but it does almost as well as my $500 DSLR with a $400 lens and it fits in my pocket.Photos and video are supposed to entice the individual to perform an in-person showing.

Yesterday they actually told my wife they had no control over what their kids friends did and it wasn't their children yet I have pictures.Yesterday I was finally fed up, after hearing KGO attorney Len Tillem tell someone with a similar story they could take the owner of the rental home to small claims court and sue for the amount of 7,500 dollars because the tenant is ruining my right "quiet enjoyment" and property damage.What does everyone else think?

Does add a level of professionalism to the listings but can't say it's directly tied to selling the property or not.We also bought a sandmarc wide angle lens for the iPhone, which helps for interior shots.
