I have also had difficulty finding investor-friendly title companies that are willing to work on non cookie-cutter deals. 

But that they did make money on their other flips but those flips were all cookie cutter flips and weren’t exciting enough for TV. 

I imagine there's no cookie cutter plan but if there's something that just lays out questions to ask yourself, it would be a great start.  

Keep in mind if everything was simple and cookie-cutter, you wouldn't make money doing it.

However, that type of reaction (outer areas seeing sharper declines) had more to do with the areas having more cookie cutter subdivisions and available land than anything.

TEAM is a company out of Florida providing crane and rigging. 

I work primarily in Marion County, so I am of course more comfortable with Summerfield and Belleview.There are some amazing deals that can be found around the outskirts of the Villages and you will never lack for tenants and/or buyers.I would stay within a 15-25 minute drive of the school, (in any direction) look for 3/2/2 cookie cutter homes.

in Jackson its the RIG meeting once a week.. keep in mind though advertising a property you dont own in MS is not legal.. its done every day but if someone turns you into the department of real estate your going to spend some money defending yourself.I had a client in MS.. now granted he was a volume player in the turn key space but he would advertise his BRRRRs before he owned them. 

I feel like good, unique design is one thing we have to set ourselves apart of the typical flippers/rehabbers in our area — if I see one more cookie-cutter rehabbed home I might scream!
