It’s humiliating to call customer service who has no idea what is going on and can’t quite transfer you to property manager.

Now that I dont fly anymore  I dont think I will ever set foot in that area its just way to far to drive. and personally not a big fan of the Oregon coast  unless  its Tillamook bay to fish for Salmon and Steelhead in the rivers that feed the bay .. thats the only time we go to the coast.. my wife was born and raised on Puget Island in the Columbia river ( Cathlamet) so she wants a summer home there on the island you can get river frontage and nice sandy beach and watch the big ships roll by.. 

Vendors who partner with Costco pay for market exposure and referrals, which often adds to the final cost passed on to the customer.

They’re requesting what feels like an unreasonable amount of information, and the demands keep escalating.So far, they’ve asked for:A video tour of my home officeCredit checks on me and my partnerCopies of the deeds for every property we ownA copy of my partner’s home lease and utility billsBusiness phone billsA signed letter from the bank verifying our accountsBank statementsHonestly, it feels more like qualifying for a loan than trying to become a customer.

If you do not have a baseline set for yourself you can be entering into dangerous uncharted waters. 500k is a lot of money, you might be like a ship of the line thats lost its rudder if you arent carful. 

It's also why we see customers get burned.Illegal or not, unlicensed contractors here in CA undermine the industry.

I know out here on the West coast with our digitalized title plants that each title company has it would be a matter of a few clicks for customer service department to transmit a copy of the mortgage to me..
