The life of any central bank and any currency has a 100% failure rate so far.  

The exception is if the Dollar were to go into a currency crisis.

Yes I have worked with foreign nationals.The problem is often currency conversion, extra with holding of taxes, financing programs they do not find appealing etc.Mid deal it falls apart.

It may be a different world of fiat currency now but I'd submit Japan. 25 years of deflation while the population increased.
