. :)  these are not credit score loans ( I mean I have a credit score) but thats just a formality its all about capital and relationships with your bankers and deposit relationships thats key as well.Yes your relationships with sub contractors will be a huge factor in profitability, both direct and indirect. 

Tip: Take a couple videos of the place fully furnished before anyone moves in and send them as video tours to potential tenants on FurnishedFinder when they ask to see the place.

I am doing my own thing now but give a lot of credit to Lee, Gary etc.  

It may be worth letting them know about the prequalification requirements (credit score over xxx, salary above xx,ooo/year, etc.) in advance to weed people out.

One tip I have for you when it comes to finding an agent or lender go to the top of this page under BUILD YOUR INVESTING TEAM and click on AGENTS & LENDERSFrom there you will be asked a series of questions and then you'll be matched with 3-5 agents/lenders.

@Robin Simon I completed a refinance with my credit union at terms of 3/30/75 @6.85% I will have the renwal in 2026 and hoping rates come down a little by then.
