@Nhia YangI lived on property with 160 units.They need to know not to come and knock on your door, unless it's an emergency.If you are really trying to pull an area up, then living on property can be a great way to crack down on community issues.It was nice being able to walk across the parking lot and be at work.The con was there is literally no break.It would be different though if you only have 3 units to worry about.
