I'm new to real estate investing in general but excited to learn about all the complexities, intricacies, and varieties. 

You can take out a lot of complexity when you buy property that only needs maye paint & carpet.

We have to keep in mind that these are not savvy persons most times, there blue collar average every day people, complexity is complex.

Many real estate agents dabble in property management without fully understanding the complexities involved, making it risky to work with them.
