I would at minimum interview a couple of companies to see if they're a good fit.

Plus, with how much appreciation is coming to Columbus Ohio, that house will easily 2x or 3x over the next few years from all the population/job/companies developing here.Plus, Anduril just announced another 4k jobs and over 1B+ in development in Columbus Ohio along with all the companies already developing here (Intel, Google, Amazon, FB, Nationwide Childrens, etc)

Either way, there are forum posting rules about that as you seem to be really spending a lot of time to comment negatively about anything to do with my company. 

I've had 14 SF rentals in 6 different states, using 6 different management companies. 

I'm 3+ hours away and would hire a management company to take care of the property.

Its seems to be the MO, 3-5 years then new company.

They have to agree to a limited agency agreement and then you act as agent on both sides.

I, too, went online today and found a bunch of scam warnings about the company.
