The property does have heated radiators through out each unit. everything is separated for each unit electricity, gas, and window units in each property.

The company managing our property as a vacation rental was unable to get the power turned on in our condo for months because we had to get the meter switched into our name with the electric company (which is much more difficult to do in CR than in the United States).

Instead of flipping the house, I should have wholesaled it—cleaning it out and listing it for another investor to take on the renovation.

I just set up my vrbo account and still some finer details about planning the communication, cleaning service, maintenance persons, etc…

Many properties will need specialized attention, especially with plumbing, electrical, and historical elements. 

By all means give them a note on how to use all of the appliances (eg clean out the lint trap on the drier after each load, do not use dish soap in a dishwasher, change the furnace filter regularly, etc).

Assuming this is a clean file, with no exceptions required, most Underwriters take anywhere from 48-72 hours to review a loan and get CTC, or provide further conditions. 

For example, to get up-to-date property tax data you would need to scrape every county's tax data website (thousands of different websites, data formats, issues, etc...) then aggregate and clean the data.

It is important to find something that was properly maintained, with modern plumbing, electrical and roofing. 

We've seen cases for example where clients want to send their brother or cousin to do electrical work that they aren't licensed for.What I don't think would work is to have a ticket come in, and then reach out to a client so they can shop around for plumbers.
